Explore ‘the City’ in central London



One of the most historic areas in London is that section called ‘The City’. It is where some of the most prominent attractions and landmarks are located. Stretching across a mile of central London, there are a host of medieval and modern structures that dot the landscape including the financial hub of the city.

The Walkie Talkie is home to the famous Sky Garden spread over three floors with a well-maintained landscaped garden to explore at leisure.
Iconic establishments: The City is not famous for being home to foreign businesses and companies, it also is the location of some of the most iconic and historic establishments since the Middle Ages. There is the Bank of England and its famous museum that showcases the development of British currency over the centuries. It has a wonderful collection of exhibits including an actual gold brick which visitors can lift for themselves. Another institution of immense historic significance is the Royal Exchange, which helped London in becoming a dominant economic power in world trade from the 1600s onwards.
